We grade every device honestly before it goes on the shelf. Here’s what each grade means at CellShop360:
Grade A: Like New The phone looks and functions as if it just came out of the box. Minor cosmetic wear that’s invisible during normal use, full battery health, all features working.
Grade B: Good Light scratches on the body or screen that don’t affect usability. Screen has no cracks. Battery health is solid. Everything works as it should.
Grade C: Budget Pick Visible wear may have scratches or small scuffs but the phone functions completely. Best option if you need a working device at the lowest possible price.
All grades are unlocked unless listed otherwise. All grades have been tested for: screen function, touch response, cameras, speakers, microphone, charging port, and cellular/WiFi connectivity.
